Houston-based Inventure Design expanded firm operations to Dallas in 2016 in response to increasing client demand in the area. After commuting between locations for little more than a year, the architecture and interior design firm now has an operational presence with their Dallas Lead, Todd Eppenbach.
Mr. Eppenbach first came on board at Inventure Design in 2012, rejoining the team in 2016 to facilitate the Dallas expansion. As a LEED AP certified Licensed Architect in Texas and Oklahoma, Eppenbach has the skills and background to excel in this leadership role. His experience ranges from industrial to religious, with his current work portfolio including a medical imaging center remodel and an urban design for an office park.
“I’ve spent the last 22 years building relationships in the Houston area and have made lifelong connections. I’m eager to expand on these relationships and build new ones in the Dallas area,” Eppenbach says of this opportunity. “I’m excited to be running the Dallas office as I feel we have a lot to offer clients in the area.”
The Dallas market has been strengthening steadily over the past few years, and a number of the firm’s clients have expanded into the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Inventure Design looks to tap into this growth and develop into the go-to firm in the market. As a mid-size firm, Inventure takes a more hands on approach with each project while offering their clients a vast array of design services.
