Jennifer Leroy

Director of Business Development

Jennifer Leroy has an extensive background in office leasing, sales, project management and business development. After receiving her undergraduate degree at Sam Houston State, Jennifer began her career in office leasing. Once she completed her MBA, Jennifer joined a firm to create a commercial sales division adding fitness center amenities to class A commercial office buildings, mixed-use and multifamily projects. She was successful in growing the commercial business sector that ultimately represented 30% of the firm’s overall revenue.
Drawing from her previous experience, Jennifer excels at leading projects internally, knowing how to pursue the right business and what’s important to tie each element together in order to meet everyone’s needs. She enjoys every aspect of the CRE industry and being involved in a project from development to completion. One of Jennifer’s greatest strengths is being able to conceptualize an idea and shepherd it through execution.
Jennifer’s passion lies in creatively putting deals together and building long-term, trusting relationships with clients. “Everything comes back to the client and you,” she says. “It’s equally as important to have integrity as it is to be the best in your field. You do the right thing by the client no matter what.”
