Patricia ‘Paty’ Rivera, graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, has over 7 years of architecture, construction management and interior design experience. She has produced architectural packages for both domestic and international projects, ranging from full scale industrial to corporate interiors.
Paty is capable of producing a variety of drawings, from design concept to architectural permit sets. Her ability to allow clients to see the initial design in 3D helps streamline the process to allow input before the project is built. Her value in 3D modeling has expanded the design concepts, space planning and design development of her projects. Using creative modeling methods to illustrate each design allows her to develop her design and construction knowledge simultaneously.
She has taken on the role within the firm to teach her peers Building Information Modeling (BIM) techniques. By sharing her expertise, our designers are able to showcase the virtual equivalents of each building element in their projects. This process allows consultants, general contractors and clients to obtain a better understanding of the entire design intent of their projects. Paty excels in the design/build process on the construction side of developments. Her knowledge of various roles in the A/E/C industry makes her an asset for Inventure Design and our clients.
She is currently an Associate American Institute of Architects Member and plans to further her credentials to achieve full AIA status.
