The challenging renovation of Aveva required Inventure Design to direct a redesign that allowed the company to continue to work throughout the process. To create efficiency in their open-office setup, the existing cubicles were expanded into an organized system of workstations that fit their tight budget. The workstations were moved away from the windows to create a walkway around the space and provide small huddle areas with marker boards for collaboration.
The previously underutilized break room underwent a makeover that included deconstructing the walls to reconfigure the space into a bright and open meeting area. Nearby, a series of conference rooms were designed to improve dialog and communication between employees.
