This insurance company wanted to transition from their traditional office layout to an open-plan concept. The reception area served as the focal point of the space, while the glass fronted conference room and company logo were the backdrop to the entryway. The client also valued a design that provided as much natural light as possible throughout the office.
Inventure Design placed offices in the center, using glass separation to retain transparency and put workstations around the perimeter to receive the most light. Huddle rooms at both ends of the office area served as alternate solutions to the main conference room in the reception area. The huddle areas created new ways for the employees to communicate and work together.
