This oilfield services company restructured to respond to the ever-changing oil and gas market. With corporate innovation at the forefront, the company took a "hot-desking" approach to their design concept. Staff, managers, and even the executive officers do not have assigned desks or offices. As teams or projects change, the office is designed to respond.
The hot-desking approach keeps the office format fluid. Incorporating glass fronts at the offices and conference rooms throughout brings in natural daylight deep within the space.
The design challenge was to brand the space without over emphasizing the logo. The use of corporate colors throughout the interior reinforces the Tesco brand. Complementary colors and textures were implemented to create a contemporary, light and vibrant workspace.
