Our work with CHRISTUS started with a project we completed for the Sisters of Charity in the building they owned on the North Loop. As the organization grew, their building could no longer accommodate them and with the sale of St. Joseph Hospital, CHRISTUS needed the space for a relocation. A building on the West Loop was identified and Inventure Design was hired to plan the eight-floors of space. A cost effective and efficient standard plan was developed for all of the departments. One floor was designated for the employee lunch room and workout facility. Inventure had to reinforce the floor to accommodate the rhythmic aerobic workouts.
Two years later, the Sisters of Charity sold the building on the North Loop and moved the operation across the highway to a building vacated by Enterprise Oil & Gas. Inventure Design was hired to replicate the success we had with the first move off the West Loop. 10-floors of office space were planned and stacked in the tower.
