This Midway Development office featured a visible front door for security operations in the CityCentre Development. CityCentre is a vibrant, self-contained, pedestrian community of sophisticated retail, elegant dining, Class A office space, luxurious brownstone lofts and apartments, the upscale Norris Conference Centers and the 244-room Hotel Sorella. This office was home base for the security staff as well as the “front door” for the public and tenants. The location of the office was in the retail space of CityCentre Two on the first floor. The design was clean and minimal to direct focus to security officers at the central desk and security monitors. The design was treated as a high-end retail space to appeal to the upscale tenants. Behind the diagonal feature area were the meeting room, coffee bar, dressing rooms and lockers.
